What changes the delivered total?

The item price is only one line of the order. In the guest order flow you enter a five-digit delivery ZIP and site-access notes. 1Contour displays a delivery estimate based on one-way road miles from ZIP 44432 at $10 per mile. That calculation uses ZIP representative points, so it is an estimate for planning, not a promise about the exact driveway route.

Unloading, placement and difficult access are confirmed during the manufacturing review. Any added charge needs your approval. Applicable tax is separate from the item and delivery amounts. Read the delivery and site-access guide before ordering a large piece.

What is included—and what should you confirm?

The listed product is the concrete vessel in its standard design. Plants, soil, a liner, irrigation, installation and placement are not shown as included. All three standard planters have an open base intended for direct planting into soil. If you need a sealed base for paving, a balcony or an indoor floor, ask about a custom design before ordering.

The design images show the proposed forms. Check the exact dimensions and agreed finish with 1Contour before production.

When does a custom planter need consultation?

A different size, a closed base, an indoor application or a new shape changes the manufacturing brief. Other priced collection designs also require consultation. Send the desired outside dimensions, planting plan, location, delivery ZIP and photographs of the access route. 1Contour and its manufacturing partner HSH in Lisbon, Ohio review the design and production scope before giving a project-specific amount.

How does a guest order move forward?

1. Open Bowl, Flute or Ledge and follow its order link; no account is required.
2. Enter your delivery ZIP and access notes to review the item, estimated delivery and applicable tax.
3. At checkout, authorize the card amount. The card is charged after manufacturing approval, subject to the order terms shown during checkout.

The site presents an estimated production time of 10 business days after maker acceptance. Ask about placement and any site equipment before committing to a delivery date.
