Operator and access

1Contour is a service of S&A CONSULTING EAP LLC. Contact sa.consultingaepllc@gmail.com. Adults may create a customer account with a verified email. Owner and manufacturing partner accounts are restricted. Keep your password and session private; do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass access or spending controls. Reasonable daily limits apply to design generation and may be adjusted to protect service availability.

Ready-made catalog pieces may be ordered as a guest without creating an account. Guest order links are private; anyone with the link may view that order, so keep it secure. We use the email supplied at checkout for order updates and collect a phone number in secure checkout for delivery coordination. Custom design creation and editing still require an account.

Design concepts and estimates

Pictures and dimensional previews are concepts, not manufacturing approval, engineering certification or a guarantee of final appearance. Concept budgets are nonbinding. Actual printing, finish, systems, taxes, delivery and installation require a written approved scope and final quote.

Design credits

Your first three successful 3D designs are free. After that, a $5 purchase plus applicable tax adds three successful designs. Each successful new design or chat-requested model edit uses one design; failed generation attempts, text-only design chat and reference-image uploads do not. Design-credit purchases are charged at checkout and are separate from later order authorizations. A design credit does not guarantee that a design can be manufactured or automatically quoted.

Manufacturing and installation

HSH Contractor is the intended manufacturing and freight partner. No fabrication order is placed by saving a brief. Structural work, window fixings, loading, water systems and installation require appropriate professional and manufacturer review before production.

Placement and installation charges

Delivery includes unloading and placement at an agreed accessible location. The location and access route are confirmed during maker review.

Installation is not included. Wall hanging, mounting, anchoring, foundations, on-site assembly, plumbing, electrical connections and commissioning require a separate scope and quote. Any installation or additional access work costs extra and requires your approval before it is arranged. We do not add installation to the item or delivery charge automatically. Any separate installation agreement must identify the work, provider and price in writing before you accept it.

Automatic quotes and card authorizations

An automatic quote applies only to the exact model revision and scope identified on the order page. The item price is plus applicable tax and shipping. Manufacturing remains subject to HSH acceptance within up to five calendar days of card authorization, or sooner if the card authorization expires. Entering card details authorizes a temporary hold; it does not immediately charge your card. We hold the card for up to five calendar days, subject to the actual card-network authorization window, which can be shorter. If HSH accepts before the hold expires, the authorized amount is captured and confirmation is sent. If declined or not accepted before that deadline, we cancel the authorization. Your bank controls when released holds disappear.

Delivery is quoted at $10 per one-way road mile from ZIP 44432 and includes unloading and placement at an agreed accessible customer location; installation is excluded. The quote uses a road route between ZIP representative points; HSH checks the actual address and placement access during the manufacturing review. The authorization includes the displayed item and delivery amounts plus applicable tax. Changes to the design, scope or price require your approval; we will not automatically charge a higher amount. Contact amos@1contour.com to request changes or cancellation. We will tell you when printing begins. The estimated fulfillment time is approximately 10 business days after HSH accepts the order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; the confirmed timing depends on production and delivery arrangements.

Custom-made piece cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation before printing begins. Once printing has begun on your approved made-to-order piece, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds. This does not limit your rights for a damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed piece, an order we cannot deliver, a shipping delay for which you do not agree to a revised date, or any other remedy required by law. If we cannot ship within the stated estimate, we will notify you and offer the choice required by law to accept a revised date or cancel for a prompt full refund. Automatic quotes are available only where the current checks and construction scope support them. A geometry check is not structural certification. Assemblies, load-bearing applications, reinforcement, plumbing and electronics require a separately approved scope. Any test-mode design credits have no cash value and do not reduce live orders.

Your content

Submit only content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in submitted material and allow us to process it to provide the requested service. No promise is made that a concept is unique or free of third-party rights.

Availability and legal rights

Features may be incomplete or unavailable. Do not rely on a preview to start construction or fabricate a safety-critical part. We may suspend access for misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Material terms will be presented again before live ordering.
